Dr. Mutyala Suresh is Associate Professor and Deputy Head of the Department. He received his Postgraduate Degree from Pondicherry Central University. He obtained his Master of Philosophy from Bharatiar University. He got his Doctoral Degree from Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. He has devoted more than Seventeen years in research and in teaching of English Language and Literature. He worked as a faculty in the prestigiousCentral Government institutions like University ofHyderabad and National Institute of Technology, Andhra Pradesh (NITAP). He was NSS Programme Officer and In-charge Warden of Men’s Hostels during his tenure as faculty in NIT-AP.

Dr.Mutyala Suresh has spearheaded numerous training sessions organised for students and members of faculty to enhance their communicative acumen. His forte’ is Postmodern American Literature and English Language teaching. He has a repertoire of publications in National and International Journals. He has published two patents along with his scholars and a book chapter to his credit. Under his guidance, five Research Scholars are pursuing Ph.D. in English. He has received Best Senior FacultyAward from Novel Research Academy, Puducherry in 2021.
