Industry Interaction Programme at K L Deemed to be University, Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd.
As part of the Industry Interaction programme at K L Deemed to be University, Intel Technology India Pvt. Ltd., conducted the Multi Core Architecture Workshop to Professors and selected Faculty members from variours Departments of KL.
Intel trained over 28 Faculty members and the certificate distribution to these faculty was held on 21st Oct, 2011. Mr. Atul Bengeri, Industry Manager, Education & Healthcare, South attended the function and distributed the certificates on behalf of Intel to the participants.
Prof. G L Datta, Vice-Chancellor, K L Deemed to be University encouraged the faculty members to take the knowledge learnt through this industry relevant subject to the students and enable them to be better employable.
Mr. Raja Harin, Vice-President, K L Deemed to be University was present in the function and said that KL will adopt industry relevant curriculum to enhance the skills required by the industry among the students.
Going further, K L Deemed to be University will be offering a course on Multi Core Programming / Architecture in its curriculum at the under graduate and post graduate level.
