"Machine Design Club" has been started by Design Engineering Research group with a total of around 80 student members on 04/03/2013. It is also planned to conduct various activities like technical contests, technical talks,seminars, lecture with case studies, demonstration of typical models, processes, workshops in the areas related to machine design as some of the activities of club. Four student coordinators were also been appointed to coordinate the activities of Machine design club from student side. Design Engineering group had conducted guest lecture of Dr Raghu Echempati, Professor of Kettering University on Finite Element Analysis and designing to II/IV, III/IV and IV/IV B.Tech students from 26th to 28th February 2013.
