a. On 23rd and 24th of September, 2015 National Seminar was conducted in the department of MBA on Consumer Protection Act in the era of Advanced Technology.

b. Management Research Project orientation program was held on 31st August 2015 at Jasmine Hall for all MBA second year students. Dr. Kishore, HOD, KLUBS, Dr. Sekhar, Program Coordinator and other professors have thrown light on the importance of MRP.

Workshops/Seminars /Guest lectures • Guest Lecture delivered by Rajesh prabhakar Kaila Program coordinator (Business Analytics ) of MBA Times-Pro on Business Analytics on 16th September 2015.

• Orientation program held on Right to information Act by Mr. M. Sridhar, RTI Officer on 19th September, 2015.

• Guest lecture delivered by Mr. Shiva Kumar Iyer , Assistant Manager , Bajaj Allianz on "Business through Mobile Application" for second years of MBA General, MBA Technology, MBA Health Care and IV year integrated BBA students of KLUBS on 10-9-2015.



Student association activities

Student Association Activities are conducted regularly by Department of Business Administration, KLU Business School. These activities provide platform to budding managers to exhibit their talent & leadership skills, thereby win recognition to excellence. It also provides an excellent opportunity for them to demonstrate their knowledge, creativity, experience, and professional prowess to become 'Leaders of Tomorrow'.

GROUP DISCUSSION

As a part of student Association Activities "Group Discussion" Event was conducted on 13-08-2015 in Room No. – 402 for MBA I Year B Section students. Nine Teams participated in this event. Six participants were selected for each team. On 14-08-2015 "Group Discussion" Event was conducted in Room No. – 401 for MBA I Year A section students. Eight Teams participated in this event. Six participants were selected for each team. Group discussion is essential for effective learning. In group discussion learning is shared and students participating in discussion are benefitted. It decreases stage fear and enhances their ability to express their views and opinions. Each team was given separate topics five minutes before the commencement of group discussion.

Industry relevant training / visits

• MBA first year students have visited Coca Cola Company, Atmakuru on 09-09-2015. Dr. D. Prasanna Kumar accompanied them.

Faculty Achievements

• Mr. P. Vijay Kumar Reddy has awarded PhD from KL University on "Antecedents and consequences of customer satisfaction in organized food and grocery retailing –An empirical study in Andhra Pradesh".

• An Article of Mr. A Vasudeva Reddy and Dr. AVS Kamesh has been accepted to publish as a chapter in the book entitled Ethical Leadership (Palgrave & Mc Millan Publishers, U.K.)

• Dr. P.Raja Babu has delivered an orientation to all the faculty KLUBS on " MEASURES FOR ACHIEVING FINANCIAL INCLUSION IN INDIA AND ITS INCLUSIVE GROWTH".

• Four articles have been published by Dr.P.Raja Babu in various reputed journals .
