Dr.A.PANDIAN (SMIEEE, M.IEI, LMISTE) received the B.E. degree from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in 1999, M.E. degree in Electrical Machines from the P.S.G. College of Technology, Coimbatore, in 2006, and the Ph.D. degree from Anna University, Chennai, in 2015.

He has 22 years of teaching experience in the different cadres as department head, research and development activities, and administrative work. He has published more than 60 journals & conference papers in reputed international and national journals like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer etc., indexed in SCIE, WoS& Scopus Indexed Journal. He has served in many international conference’s session chair, technical committee member, and program committee member. As of now 4 scholars have completed Ph.D. and 4 scholars pursuing research under his guidance. He has 1 granted patent and 7 published in IPR.

He received many Research Excellence Awards and Best Teacher Awards from the Indian Book of Records, KLEF, and other reputable public & private organizations. He has organized, chairedand participated in many international and national-level technical events like conferences, FDPs, seminars, workshops, etc. His current research interests include power converters, smart grids, EV technology, electrical drives, and optimization. He is acting as Editorial Board/Reviewer, IEEE Transactions, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Sage, and many reputed journal publishers.
