It measures 20 primary dimensions of personality. The form-T to advise
school or college students, in spotting the potential dropouts, personality
disorders, low achievers, etc. The dimensions measured are: Adaptability,
Academic Achievement, Boldness, Competitiveness, Creativity, Enthusiasm,
Excitability, General Ability, Guilt Proneness, Individualism, Innovation,
Leadership, Maturity, Mental Health, Morality, Self-Control, Sensitivity,
Self-Sufficiency, Social Warmth, and Tension. This test is for 12-18 years, and

The 16PF Questionnaire is a self-report, discovered by Dr. Cattell in his
landmark research. the 16PF Questionnaire measures. The 16 normal adult
personality by measuring levels of: Warmth, Reasoning, Emotional Stability,
Dominance, Liveliness, Rule-Consciousness, Social Boldness, Sensitivity,
Vigilance, Abstractedness, Privateness, Apprehensiveness, Openness to Change,
Self-Reliance, Perfectionism and Tension The 16PF model is hierarchical. When
the 16 primary traits were factor-analyzed, they revealed four Global Factors,
which describe personality at a broader level. These Global Factors, which help
to show the degree of relationships among the 16 primary scales, are:
Extraversion, Anxiety, Tough-Mindedness, Independence and Self-Control |

trait and state anxiety. It can be used to diagnose anxiety and to
